Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Mubit. By downloading, accessing, or using the Mubit mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Description of Service

Mubit is a habit tracking application designed to help users build and maintain positive habits, including worship-focused activities such as prayer tracking, Quran reading, and general wellness habits. The App provides features including:

  • Habit creation and tracking
  • Prayer time notifications and qibla direction
  • Progress visualization and analytics
  • 30-day challenges and community features
  • Streak tracking and achievement systems

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mubit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the App may be used by us without any obligation to you.

Premium Subscription

Subscription Terms

Mubit offers a premium subscription that provides additional features including:

  • Unlimited habit tracking
  • Smart reminders and notifications
  • Advanced analytics and insights
  • Ad-free experience
  • Priority customer support

Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through your App Store account. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period, and your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the App will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUBIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Religious Content Disclaimer

Mubit provides prayer times, qibla direction, and other Islamic content for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy:

  • Prayer times are calculated based on your location and may vary
  • Users should verify prayer times with local Islamic authorities
  • We are not responsible for any religious obligations or interpretations
  • The App is a tool to assist with habit tracking and should not replace religious guidance from qualified scholars

Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mubit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mubit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your User Content

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mubit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice or liability.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mubit regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
